By using our website, contacting us via WhatsApp, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By ordering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
All candles are handmade. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Product images are for reference only.
We offer custom candles for weddings, events, and corporate orders. Custom orders require advance communication via WhatsApp or phone. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or refuse orders at our discretion.
Orders are placed through WhatsApp (+91 97558 48659) or phone. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and send confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and other payment gateways. Custom and bulk orders may require advance payment.
Payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card information. By providing payment details, you authorize the payment of the total amount.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but confirmed orders will honor the quoted price.

We use WhatsApp for order communication. By providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving order updates, promotional messages, and customer support through WhatsApp.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or technical failures.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
